Form D Tracker provides access to SEC Form D filing data and related analytics tools. The Service processes thousands of Form D filings per year to deliver private market intelligence for deal sourcing, competitive analysis, and other business purposes.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE COMPLETE COVERAGE OF ALL FORM D FILINGS OR PRIVATE MARKET ACTIVITY. THE DATA AND ANALYTICS PROVIDED SHOULD NOT BE CONSIDERED INVESTMENT ADVICE.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL MAAI SERVICES GROUP BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
